Dimensional Inspection

SRI instruments are calibrated with high precision Calibration System LAB CONCEPT LABC 500 manufactured by Trimos . This system is meant for Metrology Labs, but SRI has adopted to be pioneer in Machining Concepts of Valve components. This is capable of calibrating all Instruments and Gauges including Thread Plug and Thread Ring Gauges.

This System is supported by Quality Management Software and Trimos Vertical V3 height Gauge. This inhouse system prompts SRI to Calibrate their Instruments more frequently, which prevents usage of Instruments and Gauges becoming out of range during calibration.
